Our first project, a 30,000 RSF medical office building located in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, was opened in April 2022. UCHealth is the main tenant for the building. UCHealth is the largest employer in Colorado and was ranked the second best health system in the US. The project is located in an award-winning redevelopment in the wealthiest zip code in metro Denver. CHP conceived and developed the project from land acquisition thru certificate of occupancy.
