Max Walker has worked in commercial real estate in the Colorado market for over 20 years. He has worked for a land developer responsible for a bankruptcy re-organization plan that became High Point at DIA , served as the Economic Development Director for Edgewater, CO and worked providing business consulting to micro-enterprises located in Detroit's Empowerment Zone program. He also holds an active real estate license in the State of Colorado.
Max holds a Master of Real Estate from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver and a Master of Urban Planning from the Taubman School (University of Michigan).

Mr. Denk has a full-service background in comprehensive healthcare/commercial construction, real estate development, project oversight, strategic planning, implementation and oversight for projects.
Projects have included St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center’s Critical Access Hospital & Clinic Building (ND), the Wyoming Medical Center and Green Valley Hospital. Charles has worked with Lauth and HBE as a Vice President of Healthcare Development and as a Project Executive with Hammes Company.
Charles is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
